Grab: hold the mouse button or controller trigger. While holding, scroll or push/pull that controller’s stick to change distance. Swing and release to throw.

Arrow keys: heat / pressure · A: add fuel · R: reset · P: pause · M / Esc: menu · T: tutorial · Enter: next lesson · Backspace: previous lesson.

Opening: Space / Esc, or hold either controller’s trigger for one second to skip. No stick locomotion.
